About Greenhouse
A multi-org SDLC platform and business operations hub for RiverRoot Studios. Greenhouse pairs a Claude Code plugin with 14 workflow skills against a Next.js dashboard packed with business tools — CRM, invoicing, time tracking, AI-transcribed meeting recordings, Claude token usage analytics, and a full drag-and-drop kanban board. Every ticket, branch, PR, and commit traces back to a single Supabase source of record.
The Challenge
Off-the-shelf project management tools don't integrate with AI coding assistants, and none of them bundle the business tools a small studio actually needs — CRM, invoicing, time tracking, and meeting notes — into a single platform.
Our Solution
We built Greenhouse as a dual-interface system: a Claude Code plugin that autonomously plans, implements, reviews, and ships code, backed by a Next.js dashboard where the team manages tickets, tracks time, records meetings with AI transcription, monitors Claude token spend, and handles CRM and invoicing — all powered by one multi-org Supabase backend with Row-Level Security.
The Results
Greenhouse manages its own development — the tool builds itself. The Claude Code plugin handles the majority of ticket lifecycle operations autonomously, while the web dashboard gives the team visibility across every part of the business from a single screen.
